Take charge of your mood today. Disregard your negative thoughts and reach for something that feels much better. A sentiment of happiness, joy and or gratitude. Energize yourself!
Think of something or someone that makes you feel good and embrace the feeling. Go for a brisk walk, turn up the volume on your electronics and play some music that elevates you. I double dare you to shake that booty and do some dancing too.
Seriously, you can do this. Why not? What have you got to lose? Perhaps a bit of a negative mood.
