Are you feeling the stress of the holidays? Is life getting too chaotic for your liking? Do you have too much to do and not enough time? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please read on.

Here’s when a child-like mind can be helpful. A bit of pretending can do adults a world of good. Our thinking can immerse us into a state of overwhelm or a better state of mind. For many reasons, we forget that we can shift our thinking and feel better.

Being in a state of overwhelm is very unpleasant as we all know. So let’s do what we can to not experience it!

– Have fun, find a way to enjoy the tasks to be done. Be light and joke around. Be playful.

– Imagine all going well. Eliminate thinking that perpetuates a stressed out mentality. Measure your words, be thoughtful and positive even if you don’t fully believe it.

– Do less. Make concessions. Consider yourself and your well-being (read this again).

– Don’t merely entertain these concepts, actually do them.

Yes, the rush may be on, however, you are truly in charge. Make the season what you really want it to be. You can, if you put your mind to it. Embrace the season every which way you can!
