Facilitating new beliefs and thoughts can change many aspects of our lives for the better, and it is easier than you think…

As you know, we all have beliefs and thoughts regarding just about anything and everything in life. Hopefully, many of them make us feel good and help us be successful. Sometimes though, we have beliefs and thoughts that limit us.

When our just believe, just is…

We may unintentionally miss opportunities to empower ourselves. We may tend to let ourselves just think what we think and believe what we believe without any thought about the consequences. The power of our limiting thoughts and beliefs may often go unnoticed, and we may be hurting ourselves in some way.

When we adjust our just believe, we can become empowered…

Just believing can work in our favor as we all know. Incorporating just believing–a better, more expansive thought or belief into areas that are less than desirable–is fruitful.

Here’s how you can do it at a moment’s notice…

Zero in on what makes you feel disempowered, what makes you feel bad in some way, and then step back. Step back and imagine what a different thought or belief might do for you…seek out one that empowers you, and then make it your own.

Now, as you move through your day, acknowledge when your thinking and believing creates unrest of any kind–aggravation, sadness, anger, unworthiness, etc. Step back and entertain a better line of thinking, of believing. Just believe in something that helps you, empowers you, and makes you feel good!

Seriously, what have you got to lose? You will surely find out that you have much to gain!

Just believe you can, that you are worth it, and discover how you have the power to change your life from the inside out!
